What counts as a minute?

A minute is 60 seconds of live call time with your AI voice agent actively engaged in conversation. Ringing, hold time, and transfers before the agent connects do not count.

What happens when I run out of included minutes?

Once your included minutes are used up, additional minutes are billed at our standard overage rate of $0.046/min. You'll never get cut off — your agent keeps working.

When does my minute allowance reset?

Your included minutes reset at the start of each billing period (monthly, from the date you subscribed). Unused minutes do not roll over.

Can I change my plan?

Yes — anytime. Sign in to your dashboard, go to Billing → Manage Plan, and pick a different tier. You can also pause or cancel from the same screen; pausing and cancelling take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
